ABOUT US

This organization developed from a couple of adult children sharing, with heart ache, the process of aging parents and the scope of ailments and conditions their parents were experiencing.  The amount of involvement of loved ones to ensure the proper care needed for dignity and quality of life in the aging process is overwhelming.   There was so much navigation, diligence and advocacy required, along with emotional anguish in seeing irreversible conditions and terminal illnesses developing in their aging parents.  Those adult children also saw many forgotten parents in nursing homes and communities who had no one to stand by them in this aging process.  Helping Elders Loving People was birthed.  Now, those adult children, along with many other families are bringing awareness to communities and how each able-bodied person can make an impact in ensuring our elders are not forgotten.
